Electrical Project Engineer — HVAC Panel Design & Delivery

CAREL is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join the team responsible for electrical panels for HVAC and Refrigeration applications. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle within a cross-functional environment, delivering solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into specifications, designing electrical systems with EPLAN, supporting quotations, collaborating with

collecting and analyzing customer technical requirements, contributing to the definition of project specifications; developing the electrical design of products, ensuring alignment with the required technical, quality and application standards; supporting the commercial team during the quotation phase by providing the technical input needed to define the offer; collaborating with the internal departments involved in development and manufacturing, helping to ensure smooth project execution; following the product through industrialization and production phases, monitoring progress through to final delivery; contributing to the resolution of any technical issues arising during the process, working closely with the various stakeholders involved. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational background. Good English. Proactivity, communication skills, teamwork. Knowledge of EPLAN is considered a plus.
