Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare all necessary technical documents for the successful start of new construction projects.
• Draft detailed shop drawings and organize material catalogues for review by project consultants.
• Coordinate closely with consultants to secure timely approval for all submitted electrical drawings.
• Develop and maintain realistic project schedules to ensure site work flows without interruption.
• Manage the ordering of site materials through clear purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Communicate daily with main contractors, subcontractors, and various suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Represent the team at site meetings with architects and consultants to track progress updates.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience working on electrical systems for residential or commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of the electrical trade workflows within large-scale construction developments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage project documentation accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with external consultants and contractors.
• Proficiency in standard office software for preparing reports and project schedules.
