We are looking for a Electrical Project Engineer - Trainee to join our Engineering & Construction team of Elergone, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Support the Project Manager in the implementation of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure;
- Carry out technical tasks, including site layouts, electrical schematics, system sizing, and technical documentation across different engineering disciplines;
- Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations and technical standards;
- Monitor on-site project execution and oversee the work of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring installations are carried out in accordance with the project specifications;
- Comply with and promote health, safety, and environmental requirements in both the design and construction phases;
- Participate in quality control processes and support the management of project non-conformities;
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and achieve project objectives.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work autonomously and a strong sense of responsibility;
