Electrical Project Manager (Construction / M&E) - Changi / 5 days / $7.5k

• Salary: $5,500 – $7,500
• Working Days: Mon - Thursday (830am - 6pm) Friday 830am - 530pm
• Working Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical construction and installation projects
• Plan project scope, schedule, manpower and project deliverables
• Monitor project budget, expenses and variation orders
• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications and local standards
• Manage LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, lighting, ELV and related electrical systems
• Lead testing, commissioning and final handover activities
• Prepare and review as-built drawings, O&M manuals and project documentation
• Resolve site, technical and coordination issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and regulatory authorities
• Ensure project safety, quality and progress requirements are achieved

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical engineering and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting and ELV
• Experience in electrical system design, installation, testing and commissioning
