Are you an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager ready to lead a large-scale Data Center project from startup through commissioning?
We're hiring an experienced leader to oversee all phases of electrical construction on a high-profile mission-critical Data Center in West Texas. This is an opportunity to manage a complex, multi-million-dollar project while working alongside experienced construction professionals on one of the industry's fastest-growing markets.
What You Will Do
- Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover
- Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors
- Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead project risk management, change management, and issue resolution
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
- Oversee commissioning activities and project closeout
What You Bring
- 8+ years of electrical construction management experience
- Experience managing electrical construction projects exceeding $20M
- Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC construction experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls
- Experience with forecasting, subcontractor management, and project execution
- Proven leadership, client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience
- PMP Certification
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Experience with large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
