Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Project Manager located in the Brooklyn, NY area. We are seeking a project manager who has 5-10 years of electrical experience with boilers, motors, and controls. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all phases of the construction management process. The project manager must have experience with drawings, submittals, material purchasing, and have a vehicle for site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with professional references in electrical drawings and blueprints
• SCA and city project experience is a plus
• Must be able to start immediately
• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Contracting
• Experience in Budgeting and project financial management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Have a vehicle (must be okay with driving to multiple sites)

Salary will be contingent on experience.
