Studying all Contract Documentation
Preparation of necessary shop drawings through discussion with colleagues and consultants
Planning and executing site work through the manpower made available
Monitoring site work progress (inclusive of works and material planning)
Assist in preparing and submitting of site claims
Proposing VOs and claims
Managing and inspection of project commissioning needs
Attendance of any necessary project meetings / discussion with main contractors / suppliers / consultants.
