Electrical Quality Engineer Company: Intriant Hr Services Llp Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4 - 7 years Salary: 25K50K a month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to manage quality assurance activities for electrical control panels and switchgear systems. The candidate will be responsible for final inspection, testing, quality audits, customer inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead final inspection and testing of electrical control panels and switchgear systems. Prepare, review, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs). Coordinate customer inspections, third-party inspections (TPI), and quality audits. Identify quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Guide junior QA engineers and quality inspectors. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to maintain product quality. Monitor vendor quality and inspect incoming materials. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, statutory requirements, and industry standards. Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation. Investigate defects and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Skills Required Strong technical knowledge of electrical control panels and switchgear systems. Experience in quality inspection and electrical testing. Knowledge of Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and inspection procedures. Experience handling customer inspections, third-party inspections, and audits. Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality documentation. Vendor quality management and incoming material inspection. Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills. Preferred Candidate Profile 47 years of experience in quality assurance within electrical manufacturing or switchgear industries. Experience in control panel manufacturing and testing will be preferred. Ability to independently manage inspections, audits, and quality-related issues.
