Compensation

• $50,000 - $150,000+ annually
• Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities
• Top-performing technicians regularly earn $55+ per hour
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform electrical service, maintenance, and safety inspections
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and related equipment
• Complete residential wiring projects, rewires, panel upgrades, and electrical installations
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
• Provide homeowners with recommendations and solutions that meet their needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing CJS Heating & Air in a professional manner
• Accurately document work performed and complete required paperwork

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
