Electrical Site Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring that all installations are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all electrical installation activities on-site.
Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low-current systems, cable installations, panels, and related equipment.
Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and other project teams.
Monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site teams to ensure proper execution of works.
Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure electrical activities are completed according to schedule.
Verify that materials and equipment delivered to the site meet approved specifications.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and related documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, quality standards, and site safety procedures.
Report project delays, technical issues, and material requirements to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical site engineering or site execution.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and site procedures.
Good understanding of power, lighting, electrical panels, cable systems, and low-current systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and engineering standards.
Strong site supervision and technical problem-solving skills.
Good project coordination and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Good command of Arabic and English.
