Electrical Site Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conduct System Testing Supervision and management of the overall activities in the field.

· Verify that materials and protection requirements as per contract and standard.

· Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation complying with the client’s

requirements.

· Study & comply with construction procedures and activities, SOP, JSA and RA , safety procedure etc.

· Manpower planning with perfect estimation of time frame considering the Project Scope and clients requirement.

· Coordinate installation drawings, participate with commissioning and handover, including defects identification,

snagging and closure.

· Manage and monitor performance of Construction works, ensuring completion of related tasks in accordance

with construction plans, and drawings.

· Manage & ensure that safety & quality standards are understood, implemented, and maintained by all

contractors.

· Assist the onsite construction team to ensure that subcontractors work to the program and construction

sequence.

· Raise any issues that may affect progress, ensure that quality, benchmarks etc. are maintained and always

delivered.

· Develop Punch list clearance at site to be approved.

· Verify RMI / RFI qualification with consultants.

· Attend client meetings and record points for closure.

· Request for site requirements to be approved from PM

· Develop & submit the progress report to the project manager.

· Follow and comply any official task assigned by the BU manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Proven working experience as Site Manager on Mega projects.

· Solid Project Management Skills.

· Strong Communication & Management Skills.

· Strong analytical skill and attention to details.

· Strong in MS Office.
