Electrical Site Supervisor

Location: Brandenburg, Germany

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support electrical works on a large-scale Data Centre project in Germany.

The successful candidate will supervise site activities, coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure quality and safety standards, and support the project team during installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors.
• Plan and organise daily work fronts.
• Monitor progress, productivity and resource allocation.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standard.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Support material coordination, deliveries and installation sequencing.
• Maintain daily progress records and site reports.
• Identify site issues, risks or delays and report them to the project team.
• Attend coordination meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures, site rules and toolbox talks.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Requirements

• Senior electrical trade qualification or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical site experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Trade Leader, Chargehand or Senior Electrician.
• Experience on Data Centre, industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical or similar large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation works and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of materials, deliveries and work sequencing.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work on site in Germany on a rotation basis.
• Due to legal and work authorisation requirements, EU citizenship or an EU passport is required.
