Electrical Superintendent

Agilitech is looking for a driven, experienced Electrical Superintendent. This position reports directly to the Project Manager of Construction. The Electrical Superintendent oversees all field operations for electrical construction projects, with a focus on public works and prevailing wage compliance in California. This role bridges leadership between project management, general foremen, and field teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. The Electrical Superintendent collaborates closely with estimating teams during the pre-construction phase to align project planning with operational execution.
