⚡ Electrical Supervisor (Construction / Data Centre Projects)

Join a leading engineering and construction company specializing in mission-critical and data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Liaise with engineers and project managers to resolve site issues and implement design changes.

• Inspect and verify electrical materials delivered to site.

• Monitor daily work progress and provide updates to the Project Engineer.

• Attend site coordination and progress meetings as required.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and hazard assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

• Assist with site planning, manpower coordination, and work scheduling.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supervising electrical installation works in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, installation methods, and site practices.

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate construction teams on site.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
