Oversee and execute electrical installation and troubleshooting for factory switchboards (MSB, MCC, SB, DB, PLC panels) while ensuring safety compliance and team coordination.
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Supervisor to lead and execute electrical works in factory plant that manufacture electrical switchboard (MSB,MCC,SB,DB and PLC panel). This role requires both hands-on technical ability and the capability to oversee job execution on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for electrical systems.
- Execute and supervise Switchboard electrical installation works.
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with team members and ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Provide problem solving and technical guidance
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Switchboard electrical works.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
- Able to work independently and manage on-site situations.
