Position Overview
We are looking for Electrical Supervisor that know how to and love to build! Responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities in industrial, commercial, and Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation activities in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress and support schedule execution.
- Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in project coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial construction experience.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, and/or Data Center projects.
- Advanced English (B2-C1).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
