Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with electrical drawing and installation on site
• Assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work and work closely with other department staffs to meet the project / tender timelines
• Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements
• Handle project supervision and ensure good documentation
• Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on electrical issues
• Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all electrical drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Possess valid EMA Electrician Certificate / Local Licensed Electrical Worker Certificate with Grade 7 or above.
• Preferable a Building and Construction Authority registered core trades foremen.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction of large scale projects.
• Experience in national civil projects will be added advantage
• Minimum GCE “N” LEVEL qualification
• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
• Excellent project and time management abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Email, MS Word and Excel is a plus
