Electrical Supervisor

Supervise electrical installation works, including street lighting (PJU), MV/LV cables, electrical panels, grounding systems, conduits, cable terminations, and power distribution systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor and control project execution, including manpower, equipment, materials, daily work progress, inspection readiness, testing activities, and contractor performance to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, utility providers, consultants, and contractors to support inspection, testing, energization, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation works, including MV/LV systems, street lighting (PJU), electrical panels, power and control cables, grounding systems, conduits, cable terminations, and power distribution systems.
Experienced in supervising site construction activities, contractor management, resource planning, work scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Familiar with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, construction procedures, and applicable electrical standards.
Knowledge of electrical testing, energization, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover processes.
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), cable schedules, and layout drawings.
Familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) requirements and safe work practices in construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software is an advantage.
