Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join Oil & Gas project in Mesaieed, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in electrical supervision, particularly in HV/LV switchgear panel and transformer installation, along with valid QE approval and E-PTW certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and site activities.
• Oversee HV/LV switchgear panel installation and related electrical works.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of Oil & Gas experience.
• Hands-on supervisory experience in HV/LV switchgear panel and transformer installation.
• QE (QatarEnergy) approval is mandatory.
• Valid E-PTW is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site safety requirements.se transformer installation, testing, and associated activities.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
