Electrical System Design Engineer (4-5yrs exp/Substation & HT/System Migration/Immediately/Short Notice)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical system design for infrastructure projects, from early design to final drawings.
• Design tie-in, migration and modification works for generator sets, frequency converters and HT systems.
• Prepare and update electrical drawings and specifications using electrical CAD tools.
• Make sure the electrical design meets project specifications, codes and safety standards.
• Work with the project team, consultants and contractors to solve design and technical issues.
• Follow up on installation, testing and commissioning to make sure works match the approved design.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 – 5 years of relevant electrical system design experience in the civil construction industry (e.g. substations, HT power systems, marine or government infrastructure projects).
• Experience in system migration & integration for FC / generators.
• Must have experience in Electrical CAD Tools.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
