Electrical Technician
Boson motors is a start up in EV space. We are working on solving farming/agricultural automation problems with robust EVs.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician with 2 to 4 years of experience in EV manufacturing or automotive electrical systems. The ideal candidate will support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electric vehicle components and systems.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the assembly and integration of EV electrical systems including wiring harnesses, battery packs, power electronics, and charging units.
Execute torquing operations as per torque specifications on electrical fasteners, bus bars, and terminals.
Perform precision crimping of terminals and connectors for wiring harnesses and battery assemblies.
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on electrical components and systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, SOP’s, and technical manuals.
Support in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical subsystems in vehicles.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Document all maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical work within automotive or EV manufacturing.
Strong understanding of DC/AC systems, high-voltage systems, and battery management.
Familiarity with tools like multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
Experience working with wiring harnesses, PCB boards, connectors, and electrical enclosures.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EV startups or battery pack assembly is a plus.
Knowledge of CAN communication and EV charging standards is a bonus
