Job Summary
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks including fault handling and replacements. Assist with visual inspections and provide recommendations for general maintenance work during scheduled weekday visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and perform necessary replacements to maintain equipment functionality
- Assist in visual inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Advise on general maintenance work required based on inspection findings
- Complete assigned maintenance visits twice weekly on weekdays from 9am to 6pm

- Work schedule: 2 visits weekly on weekdays, 9am to 6pm (8 hours per visit)
- Condo - Bukit Timah area
- Contract duration: 1 year, from 3 Oct 2026 to 2 Oct 2027
