Electrician

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Electrician to join our renovation team. The successful candidate will carry out electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing works for residential renovation projects.

Duties include:

• Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems.
• Install lighting points, power points, switches, ceiling fans and water heaters.
• Install Distribution Boards (DB), RCBOs, MCBs and related electrical equipment.
• Perform concealed and surface wiring works.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and renovation plans.
• Carry out testing and troubleshooting of electrical faults.
• Ensure all works comply with Singapore electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and homeowners during renovation works.
• Prepare materials required for site installation.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety on site.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical installation experience.
• Able to perform residential renovation electrical works independently.
• Familiar with HDB, condominium and landed property electrical installations.
• Possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read electrical drawings.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) experience is an advantage (if applicable).
• Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.

Salary

• S$2,500 – S$4,500 (depending on experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Overtime when required
