Position Summary

The Residential Service C 10 Electrician is responsible for overseeing all electrical operations within the company, ensuring high-quality workmanship, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role combines advanced technical electrical expertise with strong leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning.

The Electrical General Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for executing operational goals, driving profitability, developing field leadership, and aligning electrical operations with company-wide objectives.
