Electromechanical Maintenance Technician (Pontevedra Province)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with practical experience in electromechanics and industrial maintenance to provide service in the area of Pontevedra, Vigo, Vilagarcía, Marín, and Ribeira.

What you'll do

• Preventive and corrective maintenance, addressing both the electrical part (electrical panels, wiring, detectors, motors) and the mechanical part (compressors, valves, pumps, and hydraulic components).
• Troubleshooting and resolution of electrical and mechanical faults in facilities.
• Service to industrial clients (including the Stellantis plant) and emergency response at critical facilities such as hospitals and service stations.
• Initial training accompanied by another technician to get to know the clients and operations before assuming the route autonomously.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electromechanics.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to perform 24-hour on-call shifts (2 weeks per month).

Nice to have

• Vocational Training in Electromechanics or Electricity is valued (it is not essential if you provide the necessary practical experience).

What you'll get

• Salary: €26,000 - €34,000 gross/year (depending on experience provided).
• On-call bonus: €84/week as an availability fee + payment for each intervention performed.
• Assigned company van that you take home at the end of the working day.

How you'll work

• Permanent contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. No regular overtime outside of the on-call service.
