About the role
Are you an industrial electromechanics professional with more than 4 years of experience in continuous process manufacturing environments looking for a stable project? At Randstad Skilled Trades, we are looking for you! We are collaborating with a renowned industrial firm specializing in metal solutions and profiling located in the Riba-roja de Túria area to hire an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Foreman / Maintenance Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Corrective and Preventive Maintenance: Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance and agile resolution of corrective breakdowns in continuous process manufacturing lines.
Multidisciplinary Diagnosis: Diagnosis and repair of faults in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems at the machine level.
Reliability and Availability: Optimization of downtime and ensuring maximum operational availability of the production facilities.
Adjustments and Fine-tuning: Interventions on gearboxes, motors, electrical panels, sensors, automation, and oleohydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
Technical Reporting: Recording and monitoring of incidents, work reports, and coordination during shift handovers.
What we're looking for
Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of practical experience performing electromechanical maintenance in continuous process industrial environments.
Sectors of Origin: Experience in the metal industry, industrial machinery assembly, automotive, or food industry.
Essential Technical Skills
Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Interpretation of electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
Nice to have
Training: Higher Level Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or Electricity/Automation. (Regarding educational level, flexibility will be valued if the candidate compensates with extensive demonstrable experience in industrial maintenance).

How you'll work
Availability to work in rotating Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts (M-A-N). Schedules are from 6:00 to 14:00, from 14:00 to 22:00, and from 22:00 to 6:00.
Availability to provide on-call service or scheduled maintenance on some Saturdays when plant operations require it.
Location and Mobility: Residence in Riba-roja de Túria, Camp de Túria, l'Horta Oest, or Valencia city, with a private vehicle to access the workplace.
