Electromechanical R&D Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electromechanical R&D team to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement research strategies to enhance product innovation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
- Oversee the design and testing of prototypes to validate product concepts.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies into product development processes.
Responsibilites
· Lead end-to-end R&D projects, including technical definition, planning, risk management, milestones, and delivery.
· Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of mechanical and electronics engineers.
· Coordinate subcontractors and internal interfaces to ensure high-quality engineering outputs.
· Maintain project visibility through reviews, workload management, and structured follow-up.
· Support system engineering activities, including requirements, interfaces, and customer-related inputs.
Take a hands-on role in complex technical tasks and ensure smooth transfer to operations and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in electromechanical product development.
- Proven leadership experience in managing R&D teams for at least 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and relevant industry standards.
- Experience with project management and budget oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
