Electronic Components Welder (SMD Soldering)

At our talent solutions firm, we are looking to hire an Electronic Components Solderer specialized in SMD technology to join a high-precision production team. This position is fundamental to guaranteeing quality and functionality standards in advanced electronic boards and circuits.

What you'll do

Perform manual assembly and soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCB) using SMD and conventional (THT) technology.

Interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, and technical instruction sheets.

Operate precision soldering equipment (hot air stations, temperature-controlled soldering irons, and optical microscopes or magnifying lenses).

Perform visual inspection and basic quality testing of assembled boards, verifying the absence of bridges, cold solder joints, or misalignments.

Maintain work tools in optimal condition and comply with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and occupational safety regulations.
