We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Hardware Engineer to join our Hardware team.

In this role, you will design and develop electronic hardware, including analog, digital, sensing, control, and power-related circuits. You will be involved throughout the full product lifecycle, from circuit design and component selection through schematic design, PCB development, bring-up, validation, debugging, and transfer to mass production.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve hardware challenges, investigate failures, and develop reliable and manufacturable products.

This role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys hands-on hardware development, lab work, debugging, and taking designs from concept through production.

Strong hands-on experience in electronic hardware design is essential. Experience with power electronics, inverters, motor drives, or automotive systems is an advantage.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design and development.
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in circuit design, schematic design, component selection, and PCB development.
  • Strong experience with analog and digital electronics, including microcontroller-based circuits, sensing, and communication interfaces.
  • Good understanding of PCB design and layout principles, EMC/EMI, and thermal considerations.
  • Experience taking hardware from design and prototype through validation and mass production.
  • Strong hands-on lab skills, including hardware bring-up, debugging, measurements, and failure analysis.
  • Experience with power electronics, inverters, motor drives, or automotive systems – an advantage.
  • Experience working with Altium Designer – an advantage.
  • Fluent English.

Advantages

  • Experience with power electronics, including power supplies, DC/DC converters, inverters, or motor-drive systems.
  • Experience with high-speed digital or mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Familiarity with power semiconductors, MOSFET switching circuits, gate drivers, and sensing/protection circuits.
  • Experience with automotive electronics.
  • Experience with Altium Designer.
