You are the leadership core and technical anchor for the electronics engineering team. Your focus is on leading key R&D projects for charger/adapter and control board products, primarily serving our clients in the power tools industry, while also building and developing the entire electronics engineering team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
 Lead Key Technical Projects: Take ultimate responsibility for the company’s
high-priority and challenging electronic system R&D projects for power tools applications, providing final technical decisions and ensuring full-process success from design to mass production.

 Build and Develop the Engineering Team: Be responsible for the formation, personnel development, and daily management of the electronics engineering department. Enhance the team’s overall capability and efficiency through technical guidance, process establishment, and resource coordination.

 Serve as the Senior Technical Interface: Act as the highest-level technical lead for key clients in the power tools sector, leading major technical meetings, solving critical challenges, and maintaining technical reputation and client trust.

 Plan the Technical Development Roadmap: Based on business needs and industry
trends in the power tools market, plan the department’s technical development in power electronics, embedded control, and related emerging technologies.

 Ensure Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Lead collaboration with software,
mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure electronic designs achieve an optimal balance in performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
