Electronic Gaming Host

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, as you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor.
It’s important to know that this is a full-time role within a 24/7 casino environment. Your shifts will mainly be during evenings, nights and weekends, so you’ll need to be comfortable and flexible working these hours.
Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and support our guests, making them feel valued, welcomed and entertained.
Alongside your responsibilities on the electronic gaming floor, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn and support our main reception, helping you develop your knowledge of the wider casino operation and provide a great customer experience from the moment our guests arrive.
Your role goes beyond interaction. It’s about bringing energy, care and personality to every customer experience, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.
Skills & Experience Needed:

An understanding of the electronic gaming offer and a willingness to develop your knowledge of this area.
Experience of working successfully in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
A positive attitude with great customer service and social skills.
A willingness to be a team player, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends.
