Electronic Manufacturing Engineer

• • Document and map production processes across different manufacturing areas, ensuring alignment with established procedures.
  • Knowledge of equipment used for electrical testing of finished products.
  • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement in cycle times, costs, and product quality.
  • Support new project implementation by coordinating activities across multiple departments to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, procedures, work instructions, and operational forms.
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Oracle.
  • Manage product and process deviations, including analysis, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, UL, and CSA standards to support internal and external audits.
  • Provide technical support to operations regarding manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment functionality.
  • Update and maintain work instructions, engineering specifications, and visual aids.
  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure proper operation and availability of production equipment.

• • Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Process Engineering methodologies.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal communication).
  • Strong skills in process standardization, time studies, and development of operating instructions.
  • Experience in electrical cable extrusion and assembly processes.
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting testing and inspection equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (degree completed).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and engineering.
