Electronics Assembler

Summary

Assembles and solders SMD components on PCBs, inspects solder quality under a microscope, and follows ESD and tech requirements in a small-batch production setting.

We are looking for an attentive and responsible Electronics Assembler who will work with SMD components and ensure high‑quality PCB assembly. The role involves manual soldering, microscope work, and strict adherence to technological and ESD requirements.

Responsibilities:
Manual assembly of basic SMD components
Component removal and replacement under mentor supervision
Cleaning PCBs after soldering
Visual inspection of solder quality under a microscope
Following technological instructions and ESD requirements
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
Basic manual soldering skills for SMD components
Experience working with 0603 / 0805 components (0402 is a plus)
Ability to solder simple packages: SOT, SOP/SOIC
Basic experience with a soldering station, hot air gun, and microscope
Understanding of assembly drawings, component orientation, and polarity
Knowledge of ESD protection practices
Accuracy, attention to detail, patience
Ability to work according to instructions
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Responsible attitude toward work quality

Nice to Have:
Experience assembling 0402 (ideally 0201) components
Ability to solder QFN / DFN, LQFP / TQFP packages
Experience working with RF boards and high‑frequency circuits
Understanding of RF‑component soldering specifics (minimal overheating, solder geometry control)
Experience with BGA assembly or rework
Background in small‑batch or prototype production
Skills in rework/replacement of QFN / LQFP / small RF components
Understanding of reflow soldering thermal profiles
