Electronics Design Engineer

Summary

Designs and tests electronic circuits for industrial automation products, including PLCs and smart relays, using tools like Cadence and LTSpice.

Responsibilities:

  • Design circuits for PLC and Smart Relay products, including component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout.
  • Participate in product requirement analysis, develop detailed design plans, and write related technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with software engineers for system integration and debugging, ensuring seamless hardware and software interfacing.
  • Produce and test prototypes, addressing various technical issues encountered during development.
  • Conduct reliability testing and certification to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Upgrade and improve existing products to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Design power supply circuits, ensuring stable and reliable power delivery for the products.
  • Measure and design high-frequency signals, ensuring signal integrity and resistance to interference.
  • Track technological trends in electronic components and propose new product development suggestions and plans.
  • Write and maintain design documentation, test reports, and other technical materials.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in electronics design, prefer the experience in industrial automation or automotive product.
  • Proficiency in using electronic design software (Cadence, Pspice, LTSpice etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, with solid circuit analysis and debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems design and development for microcontrollers. (DSPs and FPGAs is a plus).
  • Experience in power supply design, including selection and circuit design of power modules.
  • Expertise in high-frequency signal measurement and design, with relevant testing and analysis skills.
  • Proven Hands-on experience in designing for good EMC and strong problem-solving skills.
