We’re looking for a talented engineer to join our team and support the development of cutting‑edge electronic systems used across our on‑car and off‑car installations. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of electronic development activities, including:
  • Designing, developing and supporting electronic and electrical assemblies used across the organisation.
  • Creating new equipment and procedures that improve efficiency and engineering capability.
  • Assisting in the development of embedded software for electronic systems.
  • Supporting the development of software tools for test and calibration activities (LabVIEW, VB, C, C#).
  • Contributing to new instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
  • Supporting the design and integration of new sensors and sensing techniques.
This is a role where your creativity, precision and technical expertise will directly influence the performance and reliability of key systems.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We're looking for someone with strong technical grounding and a proactive, flexible mindset. You should have:
  • Experience in analogue/digital electronics, schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Knowledge of microcontroller‑based systems and data acquisition techniques.
  • Firmware development experience.
  • Understanding of sensor design and signal conditioning.
  • Knowledge of harness/loom design principles.
  • Strong IT skills across standard engineering software packages.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and deliver results to tight timescales.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A commitment to Health & Safety best practices.
