Electronics Engineer

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position:This position is located at TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT DIR/ENGINEERING & CYBER C4ISR ENGINEERING DIVISION TACTICAL NETWORKING BRANCH IN TOBYHANNA PA.

Serve as a Senior engineer in the Production Engineering Directorate, coordinates interrelated electronic/mechanical projects and performs as the lead project engineer for a variety of overhaul programs.

Provide recommendations to management concerning program requirements and acceptance to include, depot maintenance plant equipment, facilities, personnel, and technical data packages.

Prepare repair standards, methods, and procedures for systems or components. Prepares and conducts customer briefings and presentations of Tobyhanna Army Depot mission objectives.

Direct, monitor overhaul program technical requirements to include program objectives, facilities, training, technical specifications/standards, test methods/procedures, production methods, configuration management and other tasks as required.

Apply professional knowledge, technical judgment, originality and resourcefulness, gained through education and experience to a diversity of communication electronics systems for design development, testing and modification.

Prepare and conduct customer briefings and presentations of Tobyhanna Army Depot mission objectives.
