ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
You will serve as a ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the E2C2 FST Engineering, Avionics Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
You will investigate, research and determine applicability of modifications for the program. This includes modifications that would extend service life, improve survivability, reliability and maintainability, and aircraft safety.
You will monitor performance of electronics engineering technical analyses, engineering investigations, economic analyses and support services provided directly to the operational community.
You will ensure industrial planning and support of platform systems, components, and field team work/maintenance is accomplished efficiently.
You will be responsible for responding/coordinating technical feedback to supportability/maintainability questions from operating and maintenance personnel, thus developing solutions to fleet reported issues.
You will ensure safe and prudent operations through technical assessment of problems requiring platform grounding and or restricted operations, plus develops solutions to those problems.
You will analyze/recommend adjustments to specified service life intervals for aircraft/weapons and equipment.
