Job Description
We are looking for an Electronics
Hardware Engineer to handle the design, development, testing, and
maintenance of PCB hardware for our electronic products and industrial sensing
systems.
The candidate will be
responsible for working on circuit design, PCB layout coordination, component
selection, hardware testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and review
electronic circuits for embedded and industrial applications.
· Develop and
review PCB schematics and layouts.
· Select suitable
electronic components, sensors, connectors, power supplies, and communication
modules.
· Test and
troubleshoot PCB hardware during development and production.
· Work with
firmware/software teams for hardware integration.
· Prepare BOM,
technical documentation, test reports, and design files.
· Coordinate with
PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors.
· Support product
validation, debugging, and field issue resolution.
· Improve existing
PCB designs for reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of
analog and digital electronics.
· Experience in PCB
design tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar.
· Understanding of
micro controllers, power supply circuits, communication protocols, and sensors
interfaces.
· Knowledge of
UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN, Ethernet, etc.
· Ability to use
testing instruments like multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and power
supply.
· Basic
understanding of EMI/EMC, grounding, isolation, and industrial hardware design.
· Ability to read
datasheets and select components independently.
Preferred Experience
· Experience with
industrial electronics, temperature measurement systems, fiber optic sensor
systems, or embedded hardware.
· Knowledge of PCB
manufacturing, assembly, and testing process.
· Experience in
designing hardware for industrial environments will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
We are
looking for a practical, hands-on engineer who can take ownership of PCB
hardware from concept to testing and production support. The candidate should
be able to debug problems independently and work closely with the product
development team.
