Electronics Production Engineer

We are seeking an Electronics Production Engineer to join our well-known Electronics Process Instruments Manufacturing company located in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, particularly in PCB assembly, and will be responsible for overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include managing production planning and shop-floor supervision, ensuring that daily production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with SMD components, PCB assembly, resistors, ICs, and soldering techniques. Additionally, the role requires a good understanding of electronic components and assembly processes, as well as the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively. The Electronics Production Engineer will also be responsible for manpower handling, ensuring that the production team is well-coordinated and motivated to achieve their goals. This position offers transportation from Koparkhairne railway station to the factory and back, and the salary will be in line with industry standards.
