ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN (BIOMEDICAL)

About the Position: This position is located in the Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington. Tacoma is a diverse city nestled between Seattle and the state capital of Olympia. Perform repairs, overhaul, troubleshoot, and testing of medical equipment and any peripheral devices.

Conducts preventative maintenance checks and services inspections of medical equipment.

Installs, configures, and troubleshoots networks and application server hardware, operating system hardware, and peripheral network equipment.

Prepares and conducts training of procedures, techniques, and methods of operation for testing and calibrating medical systems for staff personnel.

Serve as an adviser for special projects involving the installation, service and repair of complex medical equipment and systems.
