Provide work assignments to subordinate electroplaters
Inform the supervisor about the status of projects.
Conduct reviews of work for compliance with instructions.
Utilize various instruments to prepare materials for plating.
Monitor the work environment for compliance with safety regulations.
Determine procedures necessary to accomplish project goals.
Provide technical guidance to lower-level electroplaters.
