Elevate Concessions Server

SUMMARY: The Concession Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the concession stand. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and creating a fun and safe environment for our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experience.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve concession food and beverages, including beer, wine, and pre-mixed alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Check guest identification and follow all alcohol service regulations and procedures.
  • Operate a POS system to accurately process cash and card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of concession areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces throughout the shift.
  • Restock inventory, condiments, and supplies as needed to support service flow.
  • Monitor guest behavior and report any concerns or violations of alcohol policies to management immediately.
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety compliance.
  • Assist with opening, closing, inventory counts, and restocking duties.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to provide outstanding guest experience.
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all Elevate attractions.
  • Must be able to stay focused and always remain courteous while enforcing attraction rules.
  • Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment while making safety the number one priority.
  • Must be able to obtain a California’s Food Handler’s certificate within the first thirty days of employment.
  • This is a cash-handling position.
  • Meet and greet guests entering and exiting Elevate with a smile.
  • Explain various tickets, add-ons, and season pass purchase options and policies to give our guests the best value.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shifts.
  • Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor positions.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on park policies, safety procedures, and new offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
