Automated Health Systems is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to support the Wyoming Medicaid Customer Service Center Project. This position is remote but will require you to pick up at our location in Cheyenne, WY.

Responsibilities
- Process eligibility applications and resolve applicant/member issues
- Complete outreach and follow-up activities
- Document interactions in state and project systems
- Triage calls to the appropriate agency or business unit
- Provide respectful, confidential, high-quality customer service
- Stay current on Wyoming Medicaid policies and procedures
- Assist with assigned projects and related duties
