This is about making a lot of money, safely with a strong, highly driven support team. (If you prefer to hang out at the truck stop or knock back a few beers on your 10hr, please move on).
- We 30% of revenue off the top.
- Our drivers average $100k - $160k annually.
- $2000 weekly minimum guarantee (never came close to needing to pay this low).
- Flexible home time based on your home location.
- We provide new or almost new equipment with all the bells and whistles... except a tv and CB radio.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent driving and employment record with 2+years flatbed experience. We pull 53' slide axle Conestoga trailers. No NYC and NO loads across the George Washington Bridge and NO Western states.
- We prefer to hire Drivers that live in TN, KY, OH, IN, IL, MO, IA, NE, MN, WI and KS.
Pay rate is percent of load right off the top You get the rate con agreed upon between broker and carrier.

This is an Independent Contractor 1099 position. This means we can bring you on as a driver under your own company's LLC, etc. If this scares you, that just means you don't understand it- that's fine. We have contacts with resources that can guide you through setting up an LLC that you can use to work with us or anyone else in the future.
