Job Description

Welcome to The Atlantic District, where we believe that insurance is about more than just premiums—it is about protecting the future of our neighbors here in Lexington Park. We are looking for an Elite Insurance Agent who cares as much about people as they do about policies. Working with us means stepping into a workspace that feels like a partnership, not just a cubicle. You will have the space to build your own client base while enjoying the support of a team that values your voice and your vision for success. We are moving away from cold, detached corporate environments to create something grounded, warm, and distinctly local. Your primary mission will be to turn uncertainty into confidence for our clients, guiding them through the complexities of coverage with a smile and a steady hand. If you take pride in the details, enjoy striking up a conversation with anyone you meet, and want a career that makes a tangible difference in our community, we are so excited to meet you. Come grow your career in a place where your contributions genuinely matter.
