About the role

We are looking for a person with a commercial orientation, the ability to generate relationships of trust, and sensitivity toward the financing needs of companies.

To be the ELKARGI point of reference in La Rioja, driving new business opportunities and accompanying companies in their search for financing solutions and support for their development.

What you'll do

Business development: identify and generate collaboration opportunities with companies, SMEs, and professionals within the Riojan business environment.

Relationship with clients and influencers: build and maintain relationships of trust with companies, financial entities, advisors, and other relevant agents in the territory.

Advisory and support: understand the financing needs of companies and present the solutions that ELKARGI can offer them.

Operations management: monitor operations, coordinate the necessary documentation, and collaborate in its processing and formalization.

Territorial representation: promote ELKARGI's activity and strengthen its positioning within the business fabric of La Rioja.

What we're looking for

University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.

Experience in the banking sector, especially in positions linked to business management, corporate finance, or business development.

Commercial profile, with the ability to generate relationships of trust with companies, clients, and influencers.

Knowledge of the business fabric of La Rioja and the ability to develop a network of contacts in the territory.

Communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.

Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to combine commercial activity with the management and monitoring of operations.

Interest in business development and in supporting companies with their financing needs.
