ELP Digital & Data

Entry Level Programme (ELP) Digital & Data is a one-year specialist graduate programme to groom and nurture high-potential digital and data fresh graduates as part of CIMB’s workforce.

Intensive Classroom Training (1 month)

Intensive curriculum centered around the firm, the businesses, and the technology. The training will span the duration of 3 weeks, alongside professional development.

Job Rotations (11 months)

Within separate tracks of digital and data, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different business units. These units will be chosen to complement your career track, helping to develop a deeper understanding of the organization. You will participate in and contribute to projects that directly impact the company’s operations.
