The OEM Partner Alliance Manager owns the strategic relationship between GAI and assigned OEM partners, ensuring alignment that drives predictable pipeline growth, revenue attainment, and mutual business success. This role is accountable for creating partner-led demand, strengthening executive and field-level relationships, and ensuring that partner business plans translate into measurable results.
Success in this role is defined by increased partner-sourced pipeline, accelerated revenue growth, deeper partner engagement, and the consistent execution of mutually agreed-upon business objectives.
Own Partner Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans for assigned OEM partners.
- Establish clear growth targets, priorities, and success metrics that align with GAI's strategic objectives.
- Continuously evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
Build and Leverage Strategic Relationships
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships across executive, sales, marketing, and channel leadership within assigned OEM organizations.
- Expand partner influence and engagement across multiple levels of both organizations.
- Position GAI as a preferred and strategic partner within each OEM ecosystem.
Drive Revenue and Pipeline Generation
- Collaborate with GAI sales leadership and OEM field teams to identify, develop, and close partner-led opportunities.
- Create accountability around pipeline creation, progression, and revenue attainment.
- Maintain visibility into key opportunities and proactively remove obstacles that impede growth.
Execute Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives
- Partner with marketing to develop and execute joint demand generation campaigns, events, and communications strategies.
- Ensure MDF investments, marketing activities, and partner resources produce measurable business outcomes.
- Manage all assigned OEM partnership requirements, including business reviews, certifications, training coordination, partner reporting, MDF administration and program compliance.
Represent GAI in the Market
- Serve as the primary GAI ambassador within assigned OEM communities.
- Attend industry events, partner conferences, and strategic meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliance management, or business development.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through OEM, technology, or channel partner ecosystems.
- Strong presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- Experience building business plans, scorecards, and growth strategies.
- Ability to travel as needed to support assigned OEM relationships and partner events.
- Federal IT market experience preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience and demonstrated performance will be considered.
