Summary
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in person and online for a staffing firm, based in Singapore with a 5-day work week including one weekend day.
Location: Midview City
Working hour: 9am - 6pm (4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend)
Duties:
- Assist customers in person or over online.
- Answer questions and resolve complaints.
Requirement:
- 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service line
