About the Role:
We are looking for a highly attentive and hands-on CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to help us execute our retention communication plan. If you enjoy the technical setup of campaigns, are incredibly detail-oriented, and have solid practical experience with Customer.io — we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Campaign Assembly & Launch: Build, set up, and launch regular promotional campaigns and automated flows (trigger-based / lifecycle emails) according to the provided content plan.
Customer.io Management: Handle the technical setup of campaigns, flow logic, dynamic variables, and triggers directly within the platform.
Audience Segmentation: Build and apply audience segments based on specific behavioral criteria to ensure accurate targeting.
Quality Assurance (QA): Thoroughly test all emails and push notifications before launch to ensure perfect formatting, correct links, and accurate variable mapping.
Basic Reporting: Monitor baseline campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Deliverability basics) and report any anomalies.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in a similar execution-focused role (Email Marketing Specialist, CRM Specialist, or CRM Assistant).
Tools: Practical, hands-on experience with Customer.io is a strict requirement (must-have).
Expertise: Clear understanding of how basic triggers, events, audience segmentation, and email variables work.
Soft Skills: Incredibly attentive to detail, responsible, and comfortable working with precise guidelines and daily operational tasks.
Language: English level — Intermediate+ (required for working with content and platform interfaces).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor email template adjustments.
Previous experience in the iGaming / Casino / Betting / Sweepstakes industries.
